LTC Compressor Maintanence Details:
The main maintenance method of the screw air compressor is to replace the three filters and one oil. The main methods are:
1. Air filter element. It needs to be replaced first time after working for 500 hours; then replaced every 2000 hours of daily use
2. Lubricating oil filter element. It needs to be replaced every 2000 hours of daily use
3. Oil and gas separator. Normally, it needs to be replaced after 3000 hours, depending on the use environment
4. Lubricating oil. Different types cannot be mixed, and the filter also needs to be replaced when changing the oil.
